What you'll do

• Review dispatch boards, technician schedules, open jobs, and discrepancies
• monitor missed or uncompleted appointments
• build outbound call schedules and track activity
• manage Schedule Engine scheduling
• review missed and recorded calls for quality and coaching
• handle customer escalations, payment disputes, and refunds
• track booking rates
• handle pre-lien tasks, collections, unsold estimates, equipment registration and rebates, and weekly payroll review
• conduct one-on-ones and performance reviews
• lead ServiceTitan training
• participate in hiring for office and field teams.
