What you'll do

• Implement, manage, and support knowledge system tools
• build Power BI dashboards and reports using SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and other platforms
• document roles and responsibilities and train end users and power users
• develop and manage content, customizations, forms, and workflows
• convert legacy workflows and reports
• collaborate on requirements and develop SharePoint apps and collaboration tools
• administer site collections, permissions, and access
• maintain site structures, navigation, search, and dashboards
• optimize the SharePoint environment
• provide Tier 1 support and promote user adoption.
