What you'll do

• Deliver safe care to assigned patients

• assess patient condition and response to treatment
• involve patients and families in care planning
• revise care plans based on outcomes
• use CPRS and BCMA per policy
• complete accurate medical records in compliance with VA guidelines
• maintain professional nursing standards.
