Machine Operator – Day Shift

Job overview

The Machine Operator – Day Shift role is onsite in Lincolnton, NC. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour. The position supports production at American Converting Co LTD. The operator sets up, maintains, and runs industrial machines to support continuous, efficient production. Routine checks, troubleshooting, and output monitoring help maintain safe operations and product quality.

What you'll do

• Perform safety and maintenance checks before production cycles
• calibrate and adjust machine settings and clean machines
• troubleshoot production issues
• feed raw materials through machines
• monitor output against quality standards
• and maintain activity logs, defective-unit records, and final-product records. The stated schedule is 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• overtime is available.
