What you'll do

• Perform fitting operations, primarily grinding, along with repairs and assigned tasks
• drill and install high-strength bolts
• grind steel components
• produce fillet and groove welds using SMAW, SAW, and FCAW processes
• maintain a clean work area
• participate in continual improvement
• read and interpret blueprints
• follow safety requirements.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 5 p.m.–5 a.m., with a 48-hour work week; training is on first shift Monday–Friday, 5 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Double time applies after 50 hours worked.
