What you'll do
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, repositioning, mobility, and skin integrity care
- provide light housekeeping and respite support
- observe and report changes to the RN/Case Manager
- assist with vital signs and basic care tasks as directed
- document care accurately and timely
- and communicate professionally while maintaining confidentiality. State-required Hospice Aide/CNA training and current CPR certification are listed
- CNA certification applies if required by state. Reliable transportation and travel between patient homes are required.
