The Bilingual Human Resources Manager role is fully onsite in Denver, CO, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Pay is $43–$52 per hour. Addison Group is partnering with a client to support a large, diverse, multi-state workforce. The manager serves as a bilingual HR resource for employees and supervisors, overseeing employee experience and supporting recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, training, and retention across multiple locations.

What you'll do

• Lead bilingual onboarding and orientation
• manage high-volume recruiting and hiring
• respond to employee and manager concerns
• conduct employee relations investigations
• advise on performance and disciplinary matters
• develop bilingual training
• monitor engagement and turnover
• maintain compliant records and policies
• support leave and workers’ compensation matters.
