What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• identify signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes
• collect and interpret information from healthcare team members
• document nursing diagnoses, care plans, outcomes, and interventions
• perform interventions according to priorities and care plans
• revise plans based on evaluation and changes in medical care
• use clinical judgment to establish priorities
• maintain current RN license, health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS card.
