What you'll do

• Lead daily thermal lab operations, including test benches, equipment, and consumables
• develop test plans with thermal engineering
• own test setup, instrumentation, execution, data-quality review, and reporting
• develop and validate test automation and data-analysis tools
• coordinate testing priorities and forecast capacity needs
• lead and guide thermal technicians
• maintain procedures and coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and safe practices
• plan future lab capabilities
• assist with cooling-loop installation and commissioning
• assemble thermal test vehicles
• commission CDUs and liquid-cooled racks
• assist with thermal lab buildout in Taiwan.
