What you'll do

• Represent private investment funds, investment advisers, sponsors, institutional investors, and asset managers
• work on fund formation, investment management, securities offerings, and corporate transactions
• draft and negotiate fund-related agreements and side letters
• advise on federal securities laws
• conduct legal due diligence
• support investment and corporate transactions
• manage matters independently while working with clients and senior attorneys.
