The Resident Assistant (RA) — The Glen role is onsite in Ripon, WI. Compensation is $18 per hour. The Resident Assistant helps residents with daily living and medication-related needs, monitors their well-being and safety, and supports resident-centered activities and independence within the community.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, dining, and medication administration.
• Monitor medication supplies, observe and report changes in residents’ physical, cognitive, or emotional condition, conduct room checks and rounds, document incidents and services, and support resident-centered activities.
