What you'll do

• Manage leasing and move-ins
• maintain knowledge of pricing, vacancies, floor plans, and lease expirations
• conduct apartment tours
• process deposits, rent, and move-in fees
• follow up with prospects
• support marketing and lead tracking
• maintain leasing records and reports
• assist with resident retention and events
• follow Fair Housing requirements.
