What you'll do

• track product processes across customer accounts
• respond to standard technical inquiries and escalate complex issues
• maintain product documentation and qualification status
• coordinate product change notices and lifecycle events
• manage regional hardware loaner pools
• track failure analyses and return authorizations
• support field engineers during design cycles and qualifications
• identify workflow automation opportunities.
