• Support timely settlement and operational management of private debt and private equity assets, including deal facilitation, settlement processing, income accounting, and cash wire controls. Handle asset setup, ticket preparation, settlement confirmations, reconciliations, vaulting requests, and research
• support security registration, restructurings, amendments, loan agency processes, and lifecycle accounting
• coordinate with front office, legal, finance, and custodians.
