What you'll do

• Help clients prepare resumes, practice interviews, and develop workplace readiness skills
• coach clients on the job
• provide feedback to build skills, confidence, and independence
• maintain relationships with employers and community partners
• document progress and follow individualized service plans
• provide transportation and accompany clients to interviews, job sites, or training as needed
• adapt to client schedules and needs.
