What you'll do

• Perform 3D laser scanning and dimensional inspection
• generate point-cloud data and CAD comparisons
• analyze dimensional variation and prepare measurement summaries
• support tooling tryouts, launches, engineering changes, and validation
• conduct first-piece inspections and dimensional studies
• assist with root-cause investigations
• maintain equipment calibration
• improve scanning procedures
• travel to manufacturing facilities and support projects in the United States, Canada, and Mexico as required
• follow safety and quality procedures.
