UKG Ready Client Success Specialist — Onsite

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of clients and the client lifecycle
• onboard accounts and users
• conduct business reviews and define value metrics
• coordinate internal teams to resolve issues
• serve as an escalation point
• monitor client health and create action plans for at-risk clients
• capture and share client feedback
• partner with Sales on expansion opportunities
• attend occasional domestic meetings, events, conferences, or training.
