What you'll do

• Develop and maintain referral relationships
• review referrals and coordinate admissions, assessments, documentation, and authorizations
• conduct facility presentations and tours
• communicate resident needs to facility teams
• promote facilities in the community
• maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care processes
• travel throughout the Kansas City market.
