Production Operator

Compensation is $25 per hour. The Production Operator is an onsite role based in Dodge Center, MN. 00/hr to $27.00/hr, and this position supports the specialized portfolio enterprise at Cargill, which provides food and agricultural solutions. This role exists to ensure the efficient operation of production equipment by monitoring lines, conducting in-process quality checks, and maintaining equipment. The operator contributes to the team's goals by minimizing downtime during change-overs and ensuring that all additive ingredients are applied accurately to meet production standards.

What you'll do

• Extrude quality product, inspect every 30 minutes, conduct quality checks, set up die plates and knife heads, minimize change-over times, communicate with batching and meat room operators, maintain clean work area, assist in weekly sanitation, and transfer shift responsibilities.
