What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and auxiliary equipment
• inspect and maintain gearboxes and motors
• use hand and power tools
• follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures
• maintain housekeeping and tool areas
• review maintenance schedules
• perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or welding repairs as qualified
• keep equipment logs and repair documentation
• assist higher-level technicians with repairs and installations.
