Director of Patient Care, RN (Psychiatric Services)

Provide leadership to the department and staff of the inpatient units, ambulatory care and PESS. Develop and implement strategies to maintain quality levels of service and physician/employee/customer satisfaction. Maintain fiscal health, improve market share and regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
