What you'll do

• Process cash and non-cash transactions
• service member accounts and prepare wire-transfer paperwork
• open and maintain accounts
• discuss credit union products and make appropriate referrals
• direct lobby traffic
• assist with loan applications and closings
• follow up with members
• mentor new advisors
• provide notary and signature guarantee services
• assist with cash management and escalations
• comply with BSA requirements
• work Saturdays
• travel throughout the branch network when needed.
