What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, allergens, and recommendations
• assist with training

• monitor outlet ambiance and service
• support front-of-house areas
• respond to guest concerns
• coordinate with departments
• follow liquor, sanitation, safety, and equipment procedures
• complete shift summaries and opening or closing tasks.
