The Restaurant General Manager role is an onsite position located in Grand Forks, ND. The base pay range is $50,000–$100,000 per year. What you'll do

• Reinforce core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment.
• Guide team members and shift leaders to ensure assigned duties are completed and safe, quality food is served.
• Monitor team performance, manage scheduling, and maintain point of sale systems.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve employee issues.
• Strategic planning, P&L management, hiring, and training.
