Manufacturing Quality Lead, Third Shift

The Manufacturing Quality Lead position is onsite in Bloomingdale, IL. Compensation is $24–$29 per hour. The role supports Now Foods’ manufacturing quality and inspection operations. The lead coordinates shift inspections and investigations, supports compliance and corrective actions, and develops inspection staff to help maintain product quality, food safety, and operational improvement.

What you'll do

• Coordinate shift inspection activities and delegate team assignments
• conduct and document investigations and audits
• assist with customer complaint investigations
• track deviations and holds
• perform root-cause analysis and recommend preventive actions
• support packaging and processing troubleshooting
• maintain quality documentation and system entries
• train and mentor employees
• support continuous improvement and safety.
