What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out site security procedures
• monitor alarms, cameras, access control systems, radios, and communications platforms
• document and dispatch security calls, incidents, and service requests
• respond calmly to critical situations using escalation protocols
• maintain dispatch logs and incident reports
• coordinate with on-site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
