What you'll do

• Provide treatments according to physician orders and plan of care.
• Work with home care personnel in patient care planning.
• Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides.
• Complete and submit OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and documentation.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

Experience

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. Active Washington State PT license. BLS certification. Familiarity with OASIS assessments, ICD-10 coding, and documentation for home health.
