What you'll do

• Negotiate complex commercial agreements, including enterprise SaaS, strategic partnerships, reseller and channel, services, and vendor contracts
• advise on deal escalations and legal risk
• draft and redline contract terms
• partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Privacy, Security, and Compliance
• support RFPs and security questionnaires
• help resolve customer escalations and disputes
• develop commercial legal playbooks and AI-powered contracting workflows
• mentor junior counsel and legal operations staff
• deliver training and improve contracting processes.
