The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Hybrid role combines remote work with in-person visits in the Allen Park, MI area. The BCBA oversees therapy across virtual and in-person settings, supervises behavior technicians, and develops individualized, assent-based behavior plans. The role supports client progress through family training, regular supervision, and data-informed clinical decisions.

What you'll do

• Oversee ABA therapy with a stated 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
• supervise behavior technicians virtually and during scheduled visits
• develop and implement individualized assent-based behavior plans
• provide monthly parent training
• maintain clinical quality through regular supervision and data-driven decisions
• conduct in-person visits for client support, modeling, assessments, and technician coaching.
