What you'll do

• Work with property staff on sales and marketing strategies
• increase property traffic and work toward occupancy goals
• maintain knowledge of the property and competitors through tours and surveys
• provide customer service to residents and prospects
• support resident interactions and events
• build resident brand loyalty.
