What you'll do

• Operate and maintain sprayers, spreaders, and other application equipment
• apply crop inputs according to agronomic plans and regulations
• inspect equipment before and after application
• follow maps and application instructions
• monitor weather and field conditions
• maintain application records
• coordinate schedules with customers and agronomists
• follow PPE and chemical-handling protocols
• assist with inventory reporting
• perform minor equipment repairs.
