What you'll do

• Develop and execute a territory business plan
• drive demand through clinical selling and customer education
• build relationships with customers, thought leaders, and internal partners
• identify territory opportunities and adapt strategy
• lead speaker programs, educational initiatives, conference support, peer engagement, and customer in-services
• collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Patient Services, and Commercial leadership
• use territory analytics and meet performance objectives while maintaining compliance.
