What you'll do

• Prepare Asian and Chinese cuisine, including wok or dim sum, grill, and sauté items, using standard recipes and coordinating orders for pickup.
• Monitor food quality, maintain station inventory and stock, keep work and storage areas clean, control waste through proper rotation and storage, and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
