What you'll do

• Assist the Retail Manager with retail and pro shop operations
• handle and record cash and non-cash transactions, special orders, and phone follow-up
• maintain and merchandise the retail floor
• communicate customer feedback
• support procedures and documentation
• coordinate returns and exchanges
• verify and prepare received stock
• assist with inventory checks and special events.

Why this role
