What you'll do

• Lead strategies and projects for home infusion and pharmacy infusion suite services
• oversee client engagements and home infusion programs, including training, policies, planning, growth, compliance, and accreditation
• manage infusion location operations, durable medical equipment, and infusion nursing programs
• oversee budgets, regulatory compliance, marketing, partnerships, drug and supply purchasing, and records
• analyze performance and implement improvements
• supervise and develop pharmacy, medication access, sales, and nursing staff
• participate in rotating call schedules and emergency response duties, including weekends, as needed.
