• Provide strategic direction to the regional ready-mix sales team

• align initiatives and forecasts with the Regional General Manager
• coordinate with operations to support customer experience
• monitor market trends and customer feedback
• manage key accounts, pricing, contract negotiations, and bids
• collaborate with marketing and technical services.
