What you'll do

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
• respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• educate customers about insurance options through needs-based reviews
• communicate with customers and agency team members
• work toward Property and Casualty licensing and pursue life and health licensing.
