The Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) provides onsite care in patients’ homes in the Baytown, Texas area. Pay is $31–$36 per hour. MedCare Pediatric provides skilled nursing care to children in their homes, supporting care in a familiar family setting. The nurse delivers individualized one-on-one care during 8–12-hour shifts, assesses patient conditions, administers ordered medications and treatments, and documents care. The role coordinates with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes; new graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in home settings
• assess conditions and monitor vital signs and seizure activity
• provide care involving G-tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
• complete timely clinical documentation.
