What you'll do

• Own the onboard software stack from embedded firmware through operating systems, runtime, and middleware. Lead engineering managers and technical leaders, including hiring, performance, and career development. Coordinate intake, prioritization, organizational boundaries, and escalations with partner teams. Define release quality metrics and standards
• maintain the current platform in production while building the next-generation platform. The posting seeks 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading organizations of 40 or more engineers as a manager of managers.
