What you'll do

• Plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care
• follow AORN standards and institutional guidelines for care, safety, and documentation
• advocate for patients and coordinate sterile-field setup, positioning, and room workflow
• provide clinical direction and support to surgical and materials staff
• coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the Nurse Manager
• participate in the on-call rotation
• dual-function as a scrub nurse when clinically or operationally indicated.
