Production Associate

The Production Associate is an onsite role based in Jackson Center, OH. Compensation is up to $25.00 per hour, supporting the production department in manufacturing plastic packaging. This role exists to operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to ensure smooth production. The associate will adjust machine settings, troubleshoot equipment, and perform quality checks to meet customer standards.

What you'll do

• Operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly.
• Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure, as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Check product quality to ensure everything meets customer standards.
• Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes.
• Keep learning and growing with on-the-job training and Plastipak Academy courses.
