Raw Material Handler

What you'll do

• Receive incoming raw materials and verify receipts against purchase orders
• label and store materials
• keep warehouse and floor stock orderly
• log materials taken from or returned to inventory
• notify purchasing of shortages or defects
• maintain inventory and use incorrectly cut material
• pull stock for the next shift's slitting and sheeting schedule
• assist with physical inventory counts and job shortage checks
• quarantine defective material
• assist with sheeting and slitting when necessary
• complete daily inventory sheets and keep the work area clean.
