Desktop Support Analyst

The Desktop Support Analyst role is hybrid in Canonsburg, PA, with four days onsite and one day remote; pay is $30–$38 per hour. The analyst supports day-to-day end-user computing and technology operations for a telecommunications industry client.

What you'll do

• Provide operational support for desktop services and resolve desktop problems, incidents, issues, and emergencies.
• Respond to assigned tasks under service-level guidelines, troubleshoot and escalate hardware failures, maintain service asset and configuration records, support vendors with component installation and maintenance, assist with infrastructure builds and deployments, and document problems and resolutions for the knowledge base.
