What you'll do

• Load products onto trucks and railcars and unload grain as needed
• assess incoming grain quality and reject loads that do not meet company standards
• inspect material-handling equipment and perform routine adjustments and minor maintenance
• operate the meal loading and receiving area through HMI and field controls
• report equipment issues
• follow safety and PPE requirements
• maintain housekeeping and participate in training and continuous improvement.
