Licensed Professional Planner

What you'll do

• Prepare and manage planning studies, reports, applications, and supporting documents
• coordinate planning from conceptual design through permitting and construction
• interpret regulations and advise clients and project teams
• prepare testimony and represent clients before boards and agencies
• assist with permitting and entitlements
• monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• manage client relationships and concurrent projects
• support scoping, proposals, budgeting, billing, and administration
• mentor staff
• and participate in business development and community engagement.
