What you'll do

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts
• perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose mechanical problems
• inspect and test machinery
• clean and lubricate equipment
• repair building components
• maintain specialized equipment
• follow life-safety and emergency plans
• assist Environmental Services with patient-area cleaning, laundry, and floor care
• complete work orders in Building Engines
• participate in the Life Safety and Disaster Team.
