What you'll do

• Gather evidence
• conduct civil lawsuits
• draft legal documents
• advise and interview clients and witnesses
• represent clients in court and before administrative or quasi-judicial agencies
• interpret laws and regulations
• handle a caseload and major litigation
• attend evening legal clinics
• participate in community education
• and potentially supervise legal, clerical, volunteer, or student workers.
