What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts

• manage orders through delivery
• maintain order and customer records in applicable systems
• coordinate with internal teams
• track order status and communicate delays
• manage CRM cases
• provide account reporting
• identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
