What you'll do

• Maintain an assigned caseload
• implement in-home services based on referrals
• develop treatment plans with measurable goals
• document assessments and services
• provide therapeutic intervention, parent education, and supervised visitation
• serve as clinical lead when multiple providers are assigned
• coordinate with DCYF, courts, schools, and treatment providers
• assess risk and consult supervisors
• transport clients as needed
• document contacts in the electronic health system.
