What you'll do

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and update individual services, supports, and outcomes
• ensure program needs are met 24 hours a day
• follow ordered diets and recipes
• ensure medications and treatments are secured, documented, and administered as ordered
• communicate with people served, families, providers, staff, and the public
• maintain staff schedules and program documentation
• lead training and meetings
• conduct reviews and manage hiring and personnel actions.
